GC: Camera switcher?

Awhile ago, while rbf200 was taking pics of me and my Zanba for the database, I noticed that my camera was following rbf's character like it was mine. I don't know what buttons I hit, but I would like to know very much. Can someone tell me how?

L Trigger + Up on C-Stick/D-Pad

don't you have to hold the L trigger AND the R trigger before pressing up?

Insert controller into port 4.
Hold L+R and hit up on the digital pad.

It also happens by pressing Up on the C-Stick, which gets VERY annoying if you're trying to move the frame upwards while holding R.
