Quick 'Luck' Question

I've been wondering. If your luck is 100, does that mean you get critical hits all the time, like everytime you attack? Just wondering, thanks.

Having 100 Luck isnt really having 100% Luck... but is it damn close.

I would say you would/should hit critical hits 9 out of 10 times with 100 Luck. But if you have low self esteem you will only critical hit 7-8 out of 10 times. Then THAT is when it sucks to be you.

True... having 100 luck doesn't let you hit 100%. It's random when it come to critical hit. The higher the luck the more chance critical hit will happen. I get 2 critical hit out of 3. If I'm lucky, I get all critical hit in the 3-hit-combo.
