It's name is NEIKULO which is supposed to mean NEICLAW. Anyone here got more clue than me?

It is the same katakana as the current Nei Claw you get from PDrops. I can't tell off hand if the description is the same as the current Nei Claw, as I'm too tired to try translating it right now.
The upside down photon claws seem to be the claws "storage" position. They fold up when not near an enemy. Nifty.

I'd almost wish that this wasn't for real, because I know I'd want one for Nyare to go with all the other two legendary claws, Poumn & Rika's.

there's just two versions of nei's claw. yes they have different stats.

How'd you get "claw" from "kuroo"? If it was claw I would think it would be spelled "kuraa" instead.
