rare item?

k, this may sound a little strange.

i was playing last night and i found a ??? Gungnir, when i went to the tekker, it came out as a Demon's Gungnir +3.

the thing is that the weapon is in yellow writing, not capitals, but it's still yellow. i've never seen yellow writing outside of rares.

what's the deal?

If you have the ummm ?cursor bar? over anything item it becomes yellow. Demon is only a stronger version of the devil element.

the thing is, it's yellow without the "cursor bar" over it. and it's nine stars....

Actually, Manny...
There are ceratain types of prefixes that count as "rares" when coupled with the strongest form of the basic weapons

For example: The Demon's Gungir mentioned earlier... or Berserkers Calibur.

Just for fun, here's a list of the prefixes I've found:

Blizzard (strongest ice type)
Inferno (Fire)
Tempest (Lightning)
Berserker (a personal favorite... steals HP to do extra damage)
Hell (highest probablility of instant kill)
King's (steals the most % of exp from enemies)


There's a couple others I can't remember, including the types that steal HP and TP...

You may find weapons with these prefixes that are NOT yellow... but that's because they're not the highest form of that basic weapon. (ex: saber type=gladius, handgun=raygun, rifle=laser, etc.)
