System Mag Question

ok as i'm sure you all know, the DC dupped mag as i've seena nd heard does not have PB's.

but i've also heard System Mags can't have Photon Blast. is this true?
because i think i want my DC mag to be useful to everyone, and show how powerful it is (DC was a powerful system) but for everyone, since everyone can Use Mind Energy. i though it would be aMind mag. am i making the Right call?

i use a HUnewearl and FOmar
since they are Power classes, why give them something they already have?
right?

I have a DC duped. People jsut treat it like a normal trade too so you might be able to pick it up ne where....ne way enough with the crap about the powerful DC system.....oh yeah system mags DO have PBs.....

ouch...... and the reason i asked about the Dupped DC because i wanted to know if it was true "system mags can't have Photon Blast"
if they did, then well...if i had PBs it would set me apart from the others
