Alright, I'm looking for a bit of help, here.

I want to create a Summit Moon. I have the Magic Rock "Moola". What exactly do I have to do to combine it with a Cane? What guidelines do I have to meet?

Yeah, I've read that, but does that mean that I need to find a Cane, and grind it all the way up to +55? And "LV 100"...must I be at level 100, too?

i think u have to be at the lvl 130 to use it

Yes. Or you could fully grind a Stick and do it at LV110, or Mace at LV120, or Club at LV130. You also need 650 MST.
