Hello all, I am new on PSO and I have a question...

I found an item named grass assassin's arms
and when I looted it, it said it would become a weapon if I give it to someone ... anyone could tell me what am I supposed to do ?

Ok, I did all the quests in the right order but can't find the npc to do the turn it... I talked to all npcs in Pionner 2... what am I supposed to do now ?

PS: sorry I maybe i missed something cause i am not english ...

PS:2) who is Dr. Ostor... (the npc who is supposed to do the turn in)

the one who tekks the enemy parts is Dr. Montague, he usually stands around on Pioneer between the hospital and the warp to the office - its a red and yellow FOnewmn with a big hat and white pants.

if he doesnt let you give him the enemy parts, then only thing i can think of is to do all offline quests (on normal or hard) and reenter the quest where he stands around once all quests are unlocked again.

When you have finished all the quests. I usually do mine on Doc. Ostos research.
