question about proto regen gear

uh, yeah, what the heck is the point of the proto regen gear if it dont work. Is there a way to get it to like turn into regen gear or somethin? If you know please post ur reply cuz i have it and i have no clue what to do with it. thanks ^_^

Sell it or dupe some newbie into trading you for something. This is a worthless barrier: even the normal shields and barriers you find are way better than this.

Regenerate gear is pretty much as useless as proto regen since it only gives u hp when u block.
