Not to sound like a newbie but i was going through my bank and saw bloody art and saw it had a special effect I tried it and it did nothing...can anyone tell me what it does??

Its special has the chance to cut the enemy's HP in half. In my experience, it doesn't happen to often, but an ATA will most likely help.
