XBox: Help a noob :D

Hi, I'm really new to PSO. I just got it yesterday on Xbox Live. I've been reading alot of guides at PSOW for raising my mag for my RAmar. This probably is a noob question but, I'm trying to raise a rare mag writtin by Grunt, and should I concentrate more on POW or DEX for my RAmar?

BTW BLUEFULL is my character ID.

I think you should focus on both. But don't even bother with your mind. Dex and Pow.
