How to Get a Rainbow Baton

Real quick question my friends:
How do you get a Rainbow Baton?
My brother became an expert on slicers and wants to get one but checked the item database and didn't see any info on that...
Not that I'm lazy, but I haven't got the chance to sit down and read the guides, etc.
Can any one of you help me out?

You need to find Magic Rock:Irisita I think it is. From Redria Hildetorrs. Then have a higher level HUnter use it on a good % slicer.
