Armor and Weapon Combination Question

okay, I have a magic rock moola and I want to make a summit moon with it. Here's my question. Looking at the guides on armor and weapon combinations, it says that the requirements are the cane series, which are all the different canes and their grinds that are necessary. Do I need all of these canes or just one of them grinded to its limit in order to create a summit moon? and also does the level of the cane make a difference in the strength of the summit moon? that is to say if it only takes a single cane to create the summit moon would a stronger moon be created from a club or say a mace?

You only need one weapon. Also, any created item will come with default stats. It doesn't matter what you use on it, it's going to have the same stats either way. The only thing that varies is weapon % (a created weapon will carry over the % on the weapon you have equipped) and armor slots (the slots on the equipped armor will carry over).
