the servers must be down for comcast...
damnit, and i just got the bba adaptor

It's not just Comcast; I'm on Speakeasy, and I'm having trouble. I have friends on WideOpenWest and another on Charter that're also having problems.

...I'm guessing there was a problem with one of the root servers earlier today, and it's finally replicated its way to our ISP's DNS servers.

It'll fix itself within a couple hours.

we just keep getting dns error-servers cannot be reached.

My error says "dhcp has failed to get IP. dhcp doesnt exist or is down"

anyone got any idea what that is?

or is it the same problem you have?
