Turns it into the Tsumikiri J-Sword (http://www.pso-world.com/items.php?op=viewarticle&artid=586&sortby=class) a much stronger version with out the slow effect happening randomly, also change the look around a bit.

I heard that sword is existable in PSO DC version but never found.. Is that true?

It was banned almost as soon as it was hacked.
Everyone knew how to unseal it. In a mission unreleased by sega. The Tsumikiri's special engulfs enemies in a dome of light, and every enemy in ultimate is weak against it. Although it can do 700 damage on a group of enemies, on a boss that would'nt be much as you can only hit it 3 times. The double cannon can do 2400 damage from 1 combo, 3600 if used by a hucast
