I just recently got one of these (piped for a hildertor in ULT, Bluefull Temple) and was wondering what the heck the descriptions on about? So far I can't hit anything with the special. Is there something you have to do? Or is it due to fighting ult enemies and having not so great ATA?

swing it a few times and the mill will spin faster. then use the special attack button and it will rerlease the energy like a slicer type weapon. pretty cool.

no prob. i got one in purplenum a while back from a mil lilly, no piping.

Not bad, what a lucky break, no piping, AND in the Temple.

Sorry Neo, FO only heh. Not the best weapon I've got but it's a nice addition.

actually, no. it can be used by the hunewearl and ramarl. my ramamrl was testing it out for a bit after i got it.
