How do you use photon drops .. i got 5 and i dont know what to do with em !!!

Gamecube: do to the Gallons shop quest. On pioneer 2 in the quest go down the ramp then go in the alley to the left of the ramp and tlak to the FOnewm.

Xbox:cant use em yet, but when the FOnewm appears in the quest, same deal.
