I've been hearing about people with a Def 5 and Pow 195. First of all, is that possible, and if it is, how in the heck do you make one?

The only way to do it legitimatly is to use a Cell of Mark III on a baby mag when it is level five. If you then give it only dimates, until it is level 200 it will be 5def 195pow.

you could reach something with 5 def and highest possible pow only if you sacrifice some pow for dex... since raising dex in evo 1 and 2 is the only way to keep def at 5.

All Power's not a very good mag anyway. Most characters need ata boosts to hit enemies anyway, or to hit with great consistancy. I'd say that Dex is MORE important than power in almost all cases of people under level 130, and points put into it aren't wasted points but wise investments.
