Ash's Weapon

What's the weapon that Ash uses in the second quest where you meet him (I think it's Black Paper, but I could be wrong).

It's some kind of double ended staff. Looks like the light sabre Darth Maul uses.

at least st improve his wep a bit..
in dcv2, he has only a dlbsabre which is weaker..

It depends on the difficulty setting, actually. In lower difficulties Ash carries a Stag Cutlery and in higher difficulties he carries a Twin Brand.

Nope, the Twin Brand is better. Here's pictorial proof of the stats of the Double Saber, Stag Cutlery, and Twin Brand both with no grind and at max grind. And just so you don't get confused by the images, I took multi-player screenshots and pasted them together in Photoshop.

Stag Cutlery was the first I had, and I found two of those off Barba Ray before finding another Doublesabre type. Then, thanks to the ease with which Redria finds Demo Comets, I had two of those and still haven't seen a Twin Brand.
