The alternate ending is in the process of getting added to the current guide. Right now, Lollipop and I are trying to figure out what exactly we want to add.

Basically speaking, the alternate ending has to do with Elenor's Mag. You might've noticed she gives you a Mag cell in the beginning of the quest.
