I don't think that's the case, because (correct me if I'm wrong) I think most, if not all of the mods -Lolita included- were promoted to mod status after being regular posters for some time.

god built the site and then each admin who added things to the site contributed in their own part. the psow you see now is of course not exactly like the psow that was first started with. and it will still go through changes, constantly improving when we can. there are things each individual is responsible for but no one person can claim that he she it did everything.

the site will go through a redesign, hopefully soon when we can sort everything out.
