If you're on the GameCube version, read the manual.

If you're on the Xbox version, there isn't a Snapshot function, so don't try.

Xbox: take a picture of your screen with a 35 mm camera, go to 1 hour photo developer, get em developed, go home, scan them onto the computer, vwalla.
