GC: Help w/beat time

ok, my gc clock is on a 24hr mode for eastern time zone, but i get a different beat time in my pso..
example:

0:1 (EST) = 251 beats <- psow beat calc
24:01 Eastern @ 250 <- Time to Beats, Beat X calc
internet time @ 669 <- my game
@669 Eastern 10:03 <- Beats to time, beat x

i'm confuse w/the #s so i cant be sure w/the beats for my item excav. report.. any idea?

**btw, i have checked my gc clock many times & the time is correct..

You're overlooking something. The GC clock doesn't store your time zone. So you look at it and you know that's EST (or rather EDT right now), but the GC doesn't know that. The GC has no clue what time zone you're in, so unless you're playing online and it can verify the real beat time, PSO has no clue what the actual beat time is.
