rare items

Hello,

I have a simple question...

Normal mode : I found "Grass assassin's arms" and turned em when I finished all offline quests

now, if I find a rare item in Hard mode, can I turn it in normal mode or I have to do again ALL offline quests in hard mode ?

Yes, you can find a body part in Hard mode and take it to one of the quest where Doctor Montique is located in any of the modes.
