First Question: Where and with what section ID do you obtain the Crazy Tune?

Second Question: Is it really possible to get a supressed gun from Garanz in Hard Spaceship(Purplenum ID)? I've been trying for a few days with no luck...

The Crazy Tune is an S-Rank only obtainable by completing C-Mode in under 7 hours.

For your 2nd question : I'm not entirely sure, check the dropcharts on this site, and I know you can get a supressed gun from the "Soul of a Blacksmith" quest if you give him the right mineral, check the guides.

And get this, a Suppressed Gun made through the Soul of a Blacksmith quest can have Percentages!
