Anyone else having trouble finding high level tech discs?

I'm a level 85 Oran FOmar, and the best technique disk I found was a Level 18 Rabarta. None of my other techs are over lvl 18. However I haven't ventured beyond Ultimate Forest yet. Where do you guys find all your lvl 20+ tech discs?

I used to find some decent discs for sale in the Shops, but it seems like the Shops do not sell anything beyond lvl 15 discs.

Until you get into ULT mode you will not find much. The highest level techs can be found in CCA, seabed, and ruins in ultimate mode. Look at this link:

yea i find high lvl disk (over 27, even 30) at ult seabed boss (you know at the end there are boxes), ult mines and ruins, or else you should trade for them, or for immediately improvement you should use god technique, at least can rise your tech by 3 lvls

that means... if you have a god tech...

and just simple running around in ruins with my hunewearl gave me several lvl 30 disks... i'll use them when my force is either lvl 100 or has to beat ult.

I dunno... but I've been high disc techs in forest, caves, and mines (haven't gone into the ruins)... got a bunch of 24-28 stuff... got only like 5 30 level stuff. My current FOwearnl has around 160 magic ranging from like level 10 to level 30 (grants & resta, but I can't use them yet).

Though, I'm having a difficult time finding Anti Lv.7.

My FoNewm, MidowBan, is a pinkal and has found tons of disks but none exceeding the tech level for that area, as described on this site. My suggestion is to trade trade trade. I have not done that yet but I'd really appreciate my support techs being at level 30. Another quesiton though. Lets say I have level 30 barta then I equip a god/technique, will I then be casting level 33 bartas or is it capped at 30?

The technique units don't boost tech levels above the class limit, so I would it would still be lv 30 Barta.

High techs can be found lv 25+ in mines and ruins ult. Im REDRIA, i found all techs lvl 29 or higher except megid lv 27 and grants lv 25.
But if you want to find techs very high, go ultimate ruins or ultimate seabed.

You wont find them in the forest nor caves...

Well when I'm online im happy to take you to the ruins...I have a lvl 123 force. But you dont find lvl 29 all day long...

Play Ult Ruins and Ult CCA. Guarranteed you will find techs ranging from lv25 to lv30. Enough said.
