red slime split

does it change to 2 blue or 1 red and 1 blue?

Blue although there is a possibility that it could split in to a red one though however its unlikely.

a slime does not split into two slimes, it splits a fresh slime of itself. thats why when you split a red one, the new one will be likely blue, unlikely also a rare red one.
the first slime will be what it is.

Some slimes i have split give me 2 slimes more with just the 1 rabarta i used. So from 1 slime on screen to 3 slimes after 1 rabarta. And sometimes it doesnt. Dont know what triggers it. Bug? http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Well I've shot a slime with my L&K14 Combat before and used a special-special-weak combo and it would hit him two times on the third attack and split it into two parts giving me three slimes.

So, it's not really a bug. Just make sure you hit him multiple times with a tech or on the third attack to split him multiple times if you wish.
