people say that it raises cast rate for forces, does it or is it just a rumor?

I've never heard that and I'm going to take a guess and say it's just a rumor.

I'm with Thornz on that one. I have never noticed any difference at all in cast rate, even with 4 of them equipped.

A rumor, but wrong either way. God/Ability simply raises stats, nothing more. The only way to change casting speed is to either learn higher level spells or use different (or no) weapons that have altered animations. For example: HUmar, RAmar, FOmar and FOnewm will cast almost twice as fast with no weapon equipped as they do with a weapon equipped.
