XBox: Photon Drop Shop Offline?

Has anyone cleared all of the offline Quests, revisted them all and spoken to the Photon Shop Owner's son in each?

I was just thinking that perhaps the Photon Drop Shop had been moved offline.

well, comsidering that the xbox versaion is basically a port of the gc version, i would have to say no. otherwisw that wouldnt be fair to gc users.
