GC: Retired Hunter secret stuff?

I just read that in the retired hunter quest it was possible to continue the quest to the forest, at least in DC. But since most of secret quests stuffs from DC are in GC too I think there's a chance that it's the same in GC now...

If you followed the steps correctly and killed all the enemies Donoph should leave after you
cleared the room before Dark Falz. Now things get a little bit more complicated...

BACK TO PIONEER 2

Now instead of going to the guild talk to the Force in yellow. If you hear a chime you've
followed my steps correctly. If you don't hear a chime you've been NAUGHTY. You should have
picked !! instead of ?? at the beginning of the quest. If you heard the chime teleport to

After you've followed my steps you'll need to help me. You'll find out more in a little while:

Ok do this part of the quest normally. You'll have to get across the bridge to access the weather
control panel but you need to find the button. Now press it and select the top choice. You may
have noticed the corridor marked in red on the Ruins 3 map (have a quick check). Now you'll see
that an area is blocked off in Forest 2. I'll come back to this part in a moment. Now return to
Pioneer 2.

Yes, it does work in E1&2, but there's a prerequisite to getting into the Forest. You have to clear Native Research and Forest of Sorrow. Or you can simply clear all the quests.

Just a computer with a log made by Donoph, explaining his relationship with Heathcliff. Nothing else, but if you do it, you could a nice wad of cash from the quest lady.

Um then I do something wrong.
I did those quests and I get bernie in the quest and Donoph telling things about heatcliff Flowen and Zoke Miyima being his friends. And something I think is a translation mistake, he says Heathcliff Flowen is Alicia Baz's father... and he is called Donoph Baz.. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_confused.gif
