question about sato mag

in the snapurus guide it says that you should give the mag to a ranger with certain section ids. my mag that im raising curently is at 35 and i am now feeding it according to the guide. The mag is on a ranger whitll. my question is when it reaches 50 what should i feed it? and im confused on step 4 also. when do i give it to a Force with those section ids?

so the def and dex have to equal the pow and mind for a whitill at lvl 100? to turn into a rare mag?
i want a sato so imgonna have to switch the mag over at 99 to a FO newearl? just checking don wanna do this for nothin.

that is what i did, my sato is lev 200 w/ 50 def and 150 atp, its really awesome. i genetically engineered it to be totally awesome...
