Mind mag help

Im trying to raise a mag for my low level force, and I need to know what I should feed it. I dont want any dex on it, and i dont want to feed it tons of monomates. I've already checked the guide, but im really not sure what I should do. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
