Evolving Mags?

this morning i finally brought my Kama up to level 100 but as i had expected it did not change. was it supposed to and will it ever change again cuz im getting kinda bored with Kama.

If you change it's stats it will change.
If the mag has more pow than dex it will be Kama.
But if you pump up the dex over the power it will change. It can be changed like this every fifth level.
Or you can just give it to another char that is another class/section id.
