What hit percentage is for the lavs can against the enemies?

It's base ATA is +54, so it will add 54 points to your ATA stat. That is the stat which detrimines if you will hit or miss. If the weapon, any weapon for that matter, has hit% then it will boost your ATA even more and be more accurate. As far as a damage boost, it all depends on what %'s the weapon has on it. If it has 20% native, then you'll get a slight boost in you damage vs. enemys of that type. It's base attack is 620-650 ATP added on to your attack power.
