a secret inside?

i use the "prophets of Motav" for my FO weapon and in the description it says something about an ancient document and then its says there is a secret inside. whats this mean and how do you unlock this secret?

My guess is that it's an in-joke about the Game Magazine. It used to have a code in its description for seeing a hidden ending back on the DC & PC versions.
