Who can find sealed-j

I have heard that Skyly is the only Section ID that can find the sealed-j. I do not know if this is true or not, please let me know.

Skyly is the only confirmed ID to get the Sealed J-Sword. Sex and class do not matter, however I would reccomend you make a skyly Hunter because they find some other neat weapons that are exclusive to hunters only.

What about the Tsumikiri J-Sword? Is it rare you have to find or is it the Sealed J-Sword unsealed. I have heard many rumors but I was wondering if anyone anyone knew about it.

You have to unseal the Sealed J to get Tsumikiri J.
