It's origins are unknown and unconfirmed. There were reports that a JP player found it from Olga in an online ultimate oran game, but this findings are far from confirmed and solid. As far as I know thats the only place its been said to drop from. But I stress the fact that these are unconfirmed reports. The reason it was listed as an oran drop on PSOW is because a JP affiliate reported it so it was posted, but no one here, no one that I know of, has found it since(legitimatly that is).

the only way to get it *dramatic pause* is to get it from olga flow witha oran id, either on very hard or ultimate, i cant remember, anyway, yeah, do that, and then use it on a sword, shot or a force weapons of some kind to get a very good dark something...

In some japanese charts say that all IDs in ultimate Olga Flow. but I dunno how much reliable that is.
