twinkle star, summit moon question?

when using, star amplifier or magic stone moola, can your scepter or club have an attribute to it like dim for it to change into previous said weapons?

Twinkle Star and Summit Moon have their own special attacks. The only thing that would transfer over are Photons (a.k.a. percents).

i knew that much, the guide here does not specify if it can or can not have an attribute, it says club + 10 or scepter +10. just need a confirmation, don't want to go wasting an item.
