Best Mind Mag?

I am currently in the process of making a mind mag for my FOmar. I need to know what rare or non-rare mag levels up the fastest with mind. I could go look in all the faqs and whatnot, but I am way too lazy for that...

I'd say the most efficient way is to make an EPII rare mag and just level it up with difluids. Most rare mags gain the same stats from items as the rest so it really doesn't matter which you make. If you want straight up mind power, go with a mark III and just feed it difluids until it's 5/0/0/195.
