How do i do the special attack? the info here says "Special only works every 100 Beats till the next sequence of 100." what does that mean?

go to the pause screen, on the bottom you'll see something that says "internet time @" the # after it changes over time, it's a 3 digit # the first # has to be even (i.e. 0, 2, 4, 6). if its even then the heaven punisher will work. just do us a favor while using it, don't steal all the EXP cause the special attack is really powerfull http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif
