Nope. They were completely removed from the game.

Huh? Really? When? The 1st time I play cmode I found a hit mat but that been awhile ago. So are you saying ST took out hit mat from the game now?

No Dex mats in GC. Period. They completely took them out of the game from the DC version. Apparently, people used to max out their ATA around level 80 (there also used to be no max mat limit) http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif
