What are the requirements to make this into a mag? I have a Lv200 NonRare Mind Mag, Kit of Dreamcast, and a Lv100 character.

This should be in the mag section, just so you know. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif You need it to be Mark 3, Master System, Genesis, Sega Saturn mag that is level 101 or higher. You charcter level must be over level 100 or higher. Here's a guide,
