How do i git the Gobooma arm turned into a weapon?

Yep its me doommachine again. My question is how do i turn it into a weapon. I think i read somewhere u give it to dr.montague but how do i do that?

If you havent done all the quests, or don't have the time to do them to open up Dr. Mont., and if you are online I can change them into weapons for you.

oops i beat both Dr Osto and Unsealed door quest... wut do i do now?

Well you can just go back into them and talk to the doc, he'll do it as many times as you want. Since you've beaten them allready, they will be closed untill you have beaten all offline quests. Once you beat all offline quests you can do any of them as many times as you want.
