GC: Photon Drop

I found it on my first day playing it. Who do I need to give it to and on what quest? What's the item I can get out of it?

all i know is that you give them to someone in an online quest, i'm not sure which one, i never had any Photon Drops

you can exchange them online only on the shop quest 'gallons shop'. you give them to a fonewm near the telepipe area and the amount you have is proportionate to the prize you will receive.
