What kind of power mag? As in how many power levels, what color, what pbs? Also, how long would you be able to wait for it if I had to raise it...?

That depends on what kind of levels you want. If you don't care about higher defense levels, it can go really fast. It's trying to keep def at 5 that can get slow.
