you have to do an offline quest, i think it's The Unsealed Door. it's the very last quest. take it to a scientist guy outside of the guild counter. he's a force with a big poofy hat. you have to have the hildebear's head with you and talk to him. he will ask if you have anything you would like to have him turn into a weapon. just give him the head and he will give you the weapon. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif
