proto regen gear, how do I get it working?

I just found one I tried to use the magic rock moola but thats for some force wep which I cant find either. I need to know what to do with the proto regen gear to make it into regen gear adv. Any ideas? I have been wearing it for a little while I figured maybe it would turn into it on its own if I wore it.

You can't get it to work. It's just the proto type and is non-functioning. If you want a working one you have to go out and find the regen gear adv. or the regen gear.

The Proto-Regen Gear will never actually regenerate HP. The Proto refers to proto-type, which means it's not actually the completed version. Now, there is a Regenerate Gear I believe but I have heard that it's not worth it.

So then, the Proto is just a crappy shield? I mean, there isn't anyway to upgrade it?

Unfortunately you can't upgrade it, you can only find the working version.

i wouldn't really recomend it anyways because they have no resistance to any elements at all.
