Is a Chameleon Scythe legit on Xbox?

You can be assured it's hacked. But it is possible to get one, but if you spent all that time on offline challenge mode, you wouldn't be likely to trade it.

That's what I thought. Even though it could be legit, most of these uber items are not likely to be found so easily.
