Is a 30/35/0/0/35 septer worth turning into a magical piece?

Hi everyone I was just wondering if it was worth making on a septer with theese stats or should I hold out for a little bit longer?

What would it really matter? Do you plan on attacking with the weapon itself? If not then go on, else I would hold off for better percentage.
