Ok, I read this FROM THE GUIDES, so here goes.

SYNCRHO: Determines how much PB you gain for attacking and for getting hit.
IQ: Determines The strength of Photon Blasts.

Both IQ and Synchro influence the strength of the PB's.

IQ affects the longetivity and strength of shifta&deband, resta and invincible stuff. Synchro the strength of attacking PBs. And that about building the PB bar faster, but I dont notice much difference getting to 100 pb with a mag 120 synchro or 0
