GC: Missing DC S-Ranks

Does anyone have any idea if ST plans on bringing in the missing S-Ranks back at any point? Are they still in the games coding? I heard a rumor that there was going to be an Ep 2 C-Mode and that the missing S-Ranks (Spread, J-Blade, Scythe ect) would be given away then. Anyone know?

Ahhh, the EXP hog from DC days! This an identical clone to the SPREAD NEEDLE, except extra ATP, and ATA bonuses. On DC, Hunters could use it though, which made it extremely cheap.
